Each principle guides the way I hold space and offer support—creating a compassionate, inclusive environment where you can reconnect, restore, and heal.
Client Care
Every individual arrives with their own story, energy, and needs. I meet each client exactly where they are—with empathy, presence, and compassion. Every session is held in confidence and designed collaboratively, ensuring the right approach for you. Together, we create space for healing that honors your unique journey.
Accessibility for All
Healing should be accessible to everyone. Whether you visit the studio, receive care in your home, or connect remotely, you’ll receive what you need, when and where you need it. Your comfort and ability to access these services matter deeply here.
Autonomy
You are your own guru. This is your path, and my role is to walk beside you—offering tools, practices, and gentle guidance that empower you to heal from within. True transformation begins when you recognize your own ability to heal-thy-self.
Authenticity
Wholistic Heart Studio is a space of truth and openness. You are invited to show up exactly as you are. This is a judgment-free environment where you can be seen, heard, and supported. I approach every client relationship with honesty, transparency, and respect—holding space for your most authentic self to emerge.

I recognize that not all healing journeys begin from the same place. To help balance these inequities, I offer donation-based and sliding-scale options for those with financial constraints. A little about me…
Hi, I’m Jenn—founder of Wholistic Heart Studio.
I live in Westport, Massachusetts, with my husband and our two fur-kids. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me outside—gardening, walking with my pups, or simply soaking in the beauty of the natural world around me.
My Reiki Journey
My path with Reiki began at a time when I needed healing most. I was navigating a period of overwhelm and seeking something deeper than traditional self-care. My first Reiki session felt like coming home to myself—a gentle awakening of energy, emotion, and awareness.
That experience changed everything. I felt a profound sense of calm, clarity, and connection that I hadn’t realized I was missing. It inspired me to continue learning and eventually to become a certified Reiki practitioner and teacher.
Over the years, Reiki has taught me the art of presence—the ability to hold space with compassion and trust in the body’s innate wisdom. Each session is an invitation to align, to release, and to remember your own capacity for healing.
Today, I’m honored to share this practice with others—to offer the same sense of peace and renewal that once helped me rediscover my own light.
Fun fact: I retreat to an off-grid cabin tucked high on a remote mountain in New Hampshire. It’s my sacred space for rest and reflection—where the woods, the wind, and the endless sky remind me to slow down and listen. I find peace in the rhythm of nature and endless inspiration in her daily miracles: the quiet of dawn, the blaze of sunset, and the grounding energy of the earth beneath my feet.
My deep connection to Mother Earth continually renews my sense of wonder, gratitude, and purpose. It’s this same reverence for nature’s wisdom that I bring into every healing session—helping others reconnect to their own inner landscape of balance and peace.
